Acrylic products
Most acrylic products (charms, standees, pins, etc.) have a plastic protective film over the surface. Make sure to remove this when receiving the item.
Prints
Please don't roll up the prints to avoid damaging it.
Returns and refunds
If something is broken, scratched up or otherwise damaged, please send me a message with a picture of the product. Most acrylic charms, standees, pins, etc. have a plastic film over the surface. If the surface is scratched, try removing the film.
Stickers are not returnable, but if they are damaged, a refund is possible. Everything else is returnable.
When returning a print, please pay extra care and attention to packaging. Returning it as close to the way it was when you opened it would be ideal.
Shipping and processing speed
All orders ship from Finland. I process orders normally within 3-5 days of receiving the order.
